I've made a lot of online purchases, and this is the first time I've had an issue with an item. I'm not sure what's going on, but I think it will take some time to resolve.
You took my money and then closed my account

- - A third party offered $12/month to assist.
My subscription came up for payment. I made the payment, but twenty times a day you're still asking me for payment.
Trying to get help from your company is impossible. However, there is a company that offered to help if I was willing to pay an additional $12 a month. This is ridiculous. I have been with you a long time but now I ask, put it back or cancel my subscription.
P.S. It might help if you had a telephone number.

I GET REPEAT OFFERS TO BUY AND HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT
- - Three remote tech calls; license to register never received.
- - Second visit: they used the tech's own license; it worked briefly.
THREE TIMES I SPOKE WITH TECH SERVICES AND HAD REMOTE SERVICE. THREE TIMES I ASKED FOR LICENSE TO REGISTER WHICH IS REQUIRED TO 'FIX' ITEM.
A LICENSE NUMBER WAS NEVER RECEEIVED.
THE FIRST REMOTE EXPERIENCE, NOTHING I ASKED FOR WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND STILL HAD ONGOING NOTICES, WITHOUT LICENSE.
THE SECOND TIME THEY COULD NOT FIND MY LICENCE NUMBER (?????) EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED SAVE, BUT THE TECHNICIAN FILLED IN HER OWN LICENSE NUMBER. IT WORKED FOR A WHILE. THIRD TIME THEY DID FIND MY LICENCE NUMBER TO REGISTER AND ALL APPEARED TO BE FIXED. I HAD ACCESS TO SCAN, THE POP UP FOR BACK UP WAS REMOVED FINALLY, AND THE POP UP ASKING ME TO REGISTER WAS GONE.
FOR TWO DAYS THIS WORKED. NO AGAIN I HAVE POP UP TO REGISTER AND CANNOT FIX PROBLEMS FOUND AS WELL AS WINDOW FOR BACK UP. I CAN'T GET TO ANYONE WHO WILL REFUND MY PAYMENT. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IT IS MONEY LOST.
I WILL UNINSTALL PCCLEANER AND HOPE NO ONE WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER READING THIS. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE 'PISSED'.
You are not the only one with limited computer skills who has fallen for these scams. With the large amount of free programs available on the internet, there is absolutely no need to pay for "cleaning" a computer of anything.
Go to "komando.com" which is computer guru Kim Komando's website and look for anti-virus, malware, adware, etc.
